trimmed and inlaid to size, outer margin of most of the remaining leaves reinforced with-
out text loss.

prayer book was unacceptable at the time of its introduction . . . it influenced some details of the
English revision of 1661-2 . . . It also provided a model for the American BCP of 1789 and
