In our upcoming March 9 Vintage Posters auction there is an exceptional selection of over 140 European and American Art Nouveau posters, featuring many of the most sought-after artists of that era such as: Alphonse Mucha (represented by 20 lots), Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, Jules Cheret, Eugene Grasset, Privat Livemont, Louis Rhead, Pal, Theophile Steinlen, Maxfield Parrish, Edward Penfield and many others.

Every winter we feature an unparalleled selection of skiing and winter sports images, and this year is no exception, with over 60 posters, including a number of early and rare Olympic posters.

Works by Alex Diggelmann, Herbert Matter, Sascha Maurer, Rogers Broders, Walther Koch and Martin Peikert showcase exceptional imagery that drove travelers and tourists to colder climes for winter sport.

Collecting Vintage Winter Sports Posters

On offer is a selection of seven iconic Leonetto Cappiello posters, including Crème de Luzy, 1919, and other recognizable liquor posters for Contratto, Veuve Amiot, and Cognac Monnet.

Work Incentive posters are well-represented with eight works by the Mather Company of Chicago, as well as a group of 43 cards from the C.J Howard Company.
